"The apartment looks exactly as in the photos. The free fridge magnet was a nice touch. The apartment is nice and newly renovated. It is comfortable and clean. The heating works well and I like the shutters as it keeps the apartment dark when needed. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Wifi has a strong signal. Bed was cozy and sheets were clean. There are 2 telly's one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. Vincent is easy to reach and was very helpful, answered all our questions. He has provided towels for us as requested. He also allowed us to stay at the apartment a few hours way after the checkout time. The apartment is very close to everything including the cathedral. There is a two car private garage which is a plus if you have a car."

"Finding the location by car (despite the detailed message of the owner) is quite tricky. GPS my not work because the address is located in a very narrow street and need to remove a little pillar that block the access road."

"Ho soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Florence” e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, perfetta per trascorrere qualche giorno in totale comfort. La presenza del garage privato è stata un enorme valore aggiunto, specialmente per chi viaggia in auto. L’host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, inviandomi tutte le informazioni necessarie prima dell’arrivo e assicurandosi che tutto andasse per il meglio. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia soggiornare in zona: un mix perfetto tra comodità, tranquillità e ottima accoglienza."
